Out of Area Zone - Minimum order to qualify for free delivery is based on location .

We also ship via Canada Post or UPS anywhere within Canada for most items!
(Frozen items cannot be shipped - if you are in the GTA we may be able to deliver minimum order amount may apply, contact us for details).

 


Delivery Schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 

The cut off time for same-day delivery is 11am.*


ETA for all deliveries are between 11 am and 3 pm and sometimes after 7pm. You will receive a text upon arrival of your delivery. Please have your phone nearby on your delivery date.


*e.g., If you place your order after 11 am on Friday, it will be delivered to you on the following Monday between 11am and 8 pm.  



IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ: 



Homes/Townhomes: Your order will be left at your door or a specified safe spot - unless it contains frozen items. See Raw/Frozen Items sections below. 

Condos/Apartments: All orders will be left with the concierge or at lobby level. *We will not bring your order up to your unit/apt*.  Please make arrangements to ensure your concierge will accept and hold the order.  Alternatively, meet us downstairs or buzz us in so we can put it safely in the lobby for you to pick up. 



Raw/Frozen Items: You must be home to accept your order. If your order arrives and you are not home or do not answer the phone call, it will be brought back to the store for the next delivery day. We will make two attempts to deliver your order. After that it will be brought back to the store for pickup with a $20 failed delivery fee.
