Smoochy Poochy's classic front clip harness is designed to enhance control while walking. 

A front-clip harness can restrict a dog's momentum and reduce their pulling leverage.  The leash attaches to a chest ring which pivots the dog when pressure is applied.  It is not intended to replace training.  It can restrict the shoulders and is not recommended for puppies and should be removed when playing or running so that dog's can run with full gait.
