Designed and made in Canada, The Harbour Slicker offers superior protection from the elements during wet and cool conditions.  The jacket's protective shell is waterproof, windproof and breathable. The fit works with all dog types, keeping them clean, dry and comfortable.   Depending on the thickness of the dogs coat and weather, you can wear alone or layer. The high coverage, adjustable Y-shaped chest panel keeps mud & slush off the dog’s belly. This coat has reflective 3M Scotchlite™ piping to increase safety and visibility on late-night walks.
